Yes, we can. But there will be an fee requested, though not quite much, about the plastic tool to make the transparent plastic film by the thermoforming, and the cardboard cutting die plus printing. These vendors will require a certain minimum qty and steady orders forecasted accordingly.
Actually we already began this service for some of our customers, who need to put their products into the open shelves in the retail stores. The design of the packaging generally is supplied by our customers, or we can help you to achieve a suitable packaging. Sample of the blister-pack will be sent to the customers to approve its quality and art-design before formal production.
In the packagig process, the transparent film, ususally it is polyvinyl chloride, or PVC, is heat-sealed by ultrasonic to the cardboard as illustrated in the below photos:
