Despite the similar outlook design of power switches from Canal and other manufactures, Canal implements efficient and sustainable production methods that can be determined by examining the product’s internal structure. Though our prices are sometimes higher than those manufacturers’, the quality and the materials we use are guaranteed to protect your safety.
Unfortunately, a few manufactures use substandard and potentially dangerous materials during the production of power switches, such as iron in their contact plate, but Canal applies silver plated copper sheets. In addition, the intersection between the contact plate and the fulcrum terminal is an iron salient point with a width of 0.56mm fulcrum terminal in many manufactures, Canal, on the other end, puts a silver alloy contact with a width of 0.8mm fulcrum terminal into practice, which makes the foundation of the switch more firm. When producing switches with unsustainable materials, such as iron plates instead of copper or silver, the danger of a fire might occur due to overheating the switch. With this, you might encounter unnecessary property damage or even lost of life. With all the safety concerns, Canal chooses to use material that meets UL standard to provide the most productive, and economical products.
