Standard mechanical components do not always fit your specific requirements. Thus a customized solution can be an answer to it.
We have a strong team to provide the tailor-made components to you whether it is a modification to our existing product or a complete new design.
Sure we do love to do custom or ODM projects for our customers and we welcome you to open the projects with us. Actually we have been doing them for 20 years. Simply let us know your requirements, and send us the drawings or draft, we can come up with a solution to meet your need. If you have some samples for us, that would be better, since seeing the physical samples can help us determine the cost more accurately.
You will be provided with a quotation detailing our cost analysis which includes the unit price, tooling cost together with the cavity information, parts' material and other relative specs. And after the project is open, we can brief you with a development time-table that looks like:
Our sales will check for you to see the development progress is in accordance with the time-table. The time-table will include the critical information like pilot run, sampling, testing, approving...etc. To help you a glimpse of what we have ever developed for the custom projects.

Control Handle for Appliance
The handle is designed with two round push switches with different color of LED illumination. The handle is attached to power cord specified.
This is a switch designed with a special actuator that can be hookek sideway, not quite common for a standard rocker switch which is always pressed from the above.
And because of the small size of the PCB, the switch's housing has to be minimized to fit the limited space.
