Application: detonators can be used in most surface mining applications but are particularly suitable for small and medium opencast coal mines, quarry & underground aggregate industries, and for construction.
It can be divided into two parts, the electronic basic detonator and the blasting wire with a built-in capacitor, which are assembled by a fool-proof quick-plug structure when in use (see the figure below).
Electronic detonator ignition principle
Using the "high-power chip heating resistor" to directly ignite the "powder-free technology" of the primer reduces the inefficient and complicated processes such as ignition powder in the production process. The power of SMD heating resistor is 5~10 times that of the ignition bridge wire of the ordinary electronic detonator. Cooperate with high-power ignition capacitor. It can directly detonate primary explosives such as DDNP and nickel hydrazine nitrate.
